dc.description.abstract[por] Analisa o estado atual da regência jurídica das horas in itinere no Brasil e tem por objetivo específico verificar em que medida tal novel regência jurídica atingiria os trabalhadores rurais. Aplica-se método lógico-dedutivo, com ampla revisão bibliográfica e garimpagem jurisprudencial. Conclui-se que, ainda que se entenda que a Lei n. 13.467/2017 tenha conferido regência jurídica supressória às horas itinerárias em condições excepcionais, tal novel e restritivo regramento não alcançaria a situação jurídica dos obreiros rurais.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] This text has as a general objective to analyze the current state of the legal rule of the itinerary hours in Brazil and, by specific objective, to verify to what extent such new legal rule would reach the rural workers. It applies logical-deductive method, with extensive bibliographic review and jurisprudential panning. It is concluded that although it is understood that Law 13.467/2017 has given suppressive legal rule to itinerary hours under exceptional conditions, such new and restrictive rule would not reach the legal situation of rural workers.pt_BR
