dc.description.abstract[por] Trata da terceirização, que é analisada a partir da perspectiva da ética da alteridade de Emmanuel Lévinas. Ademais, há uma defesa da ética, que é relacionada à metafísica e transcendência e infinito e é colocada no patamar de filosofia primeira. De acordo com essa teoria, então, o Outro ganha uma valorização que não ocorre na ontologia, muito menos na Modernidade, afinal, ele já não é mais apenas um mero complemento do Eu, na verdade, a própria existência do Eu passa a depender do Outro. Também são explicadas algumas palavras-chave que dão concepções fundamentais para o entendimento da ética da alteridade de Lévinas, como o Rosto, o Desejo pelo Outro e a Justiça. Por fim, a partir dessa teoria é enfrentada a terceirização que pode ser considerada como um triunfo da Modernidade e toda a sua moral individualista.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] This article deals with outsourcing, which is analyzed from the perspective of the ethics of the otherness of Emmanuel Lévinas. In addition, there is a defense of ethics, which is no longer considered of less relevance and functions as the first philosophy. According to this theory, then, the Other gains a valuation that does not occur in ontology, much less in Modernity, after all, it is no longer just a complement to the Self, in fact, the existence of the Self depends on the Other. Also explained are some key words that give fundamental notions for the understanding of the ethics of the otherness of Lévinas, as, for example, the Face, the Desire for the Other and Justice. Finally, this theory is faced outsourcing, which can be considered as a triumph of Modernity and its individualistic ethics.pt_BR
