dc.description.abstract[spa] El Ministerio de Justicia de España, ha puesto el foco en las personas que se relacionan con la administración de justicia poniendo especial énfasis en romper las diferentes brechas que existen, que son generadoras de una gran desigualdad e inequidad. Estas brechas se pueden combatir a través de la tecnología, sin que la utilización de esa tecnología sea generadora de nuevas brechas. Con este objetivo, se han puesto en marcha una serie de iniciativas de atención a la diversidad en el marco del plan justicia 2030 que acercan el servicio público de justicia a todos y todas sin dejar a nadie atrás.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] The Ministry of Justice of Spain has focused on the people who relate to the administration of justice, placing special emphasis on breaking the different gaps that exist, which generate great inequality and inequity. These gaps can be tackled through technology, without generating new gaps through its use. With this objective, a series of attention to diversity initiatives have been launched within the framework of the justice plan 2030 that bring the public justice service closer to everyone without leaving anyone behind.pt_BR
