dc.description.abstract[por] Os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) elaborados pelos Estados Membros da ONU surgem como um novo catálogo de ações que buscam concretizar os direitos humanos de todos. Visando implementá-los no âmbito do Poder Judiciário brasileiro, o Conselho Nacional de Justiça editou diversos atos normativos e por meio da Portaria n. 133/2018 instituiu o Comitê Institucional destinado a integrar as metas do Poder Judiciário com as metas e indicadores dos ODS. Nesse contexto, a pesquisa tem por escopo trazer o arcabouço histórico da Agenda 2030 e sua incorporação nas metas do Poder Judiciário. Ainda, buscar-se-á lançar luzes no sentido de verificar quais as medidas até então adotadas pelo Poder Judiciário brasileiro para a concretização dos objetivos que buscam erradicar a desigualdade de gênero. A metodologia utilizada será documental, exploratória, bibliográfica e dedutiva, apresentando as informações analisadas no sítio do Conselho Nacional de Justiça a respeito da temática e as implementações realizadas.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) developed by UN Member States emerge as a new catalog of actions that seek to realize the human rights of all. In order to implement them in the Brazilian Judiciary, the National Council of Justice issued several normative acts and, through Ordinance No. 133/2018, instituted the Institutional Committee aimed to integrate the goals of the Judicial branch with the goals and indicators of the SDGs. In this context, this research aims to bring the historical outline of Agenda 2030 and its incorporation into the goals of the Judiciary. Still, it will seek to shed light in order to verify which measures have been adopted by the Brazilian Judiciary to achieve the objectives that seek to eradicate gender inequality. The methodology used will be documentary, exploratory, bibliographic and deductive, presenting the information analyzed on the website of the National Council of Justice regarding the theme and the implemented implementations.pt_BR
