[por] A quarta revolução industrial e as novas formas de trabalho através do uso da tecnologia têm gerado inevitável impacto no estudo, interpretação e aplicação das normas internas e internacionais a respeito da matéria. Para tanto, será abordado, no presente estudo, o futuro do trabalho, a economia compartilhada, as plataformas digitais, o trabalho típico e atípico e a necessidade de se conferir proteção social mínima a estes trabalhadores, de modo a conferir efetividade aos direitos fundamentais – nestes inclusos os sociais – na relação laboral, sem excluir a possibilidade de trazer para o âmbito das negociações coletivas o regramento das mudanças face às novas formas de trabalho humano.[eng] The fourth industrial revolution and the new ways of working through the use of technology, have inevitably had an impact on the study, interpretation and application of internal and international norms regarding the matter. Therefore, the future of work, the shared economy, digital platforms, typical and atypical work and the need to provide minimum social protection to these workers will be addressed in this study, in order to make fundamental rights effective – in these including the social ones – in the labor relationship, without excluding the possibility of bringing to the scope of collective negotiations the regulation of changes in the face of new forms of human work.
