dc.description.abstract[por] Analisa as audiências telepresenciais na Justiça do trabalho à luz do princípio do acesso à justiça, buscando identificar se a modalidade do ato processual em questão, intensificada durante a pandemia de covid-19, respeita o referido princípio. Para tal, a pesquisa dá-se em três partes: na primeira, apresenta-se como a Justiça do trabalho se organizou durante a pandemia, destacando-se quanto às audiências telepresenciais; na segunda, discorre-se sobre o princípio do acesso à justiça, com foco no direito do trabalho; na terceira, abordam-se a relevância das audiências no processo trabalhista, a realização delas de forma telepresencial e a sua relação com o princípio do acesso à justiça. O método de abordagem adotado foi o indutivo, por meio da técnica de revisão bibliográfica e documental.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] The present study seeks to analyze telepresence court hearings in labor justice in light of the principle of access to justice, seeking to identify whether the modality of the procedural act in question, intensified during the COVID-19 pandemic (coronavirus SARS-CoV-2), necessarily entails the aforementioned principle. To this end, this research takes place in three parts: in the first, it presents how labor justice was organized during the pandemic, highlighting telepresence court hearings; in the second discusses the principle of access to justice with a focus on Labor Law; and in the third, it approaches the relevance of court hearings in the labor process, their conduction via telepresence and its relationship with the principle of access to justice. The adopted method of approach was the inductive, through the technique of bibliographic and documentary review.pt_BR
