dc.description.abstract[por] Analisa o adoecimento de profissionais da saúde no contexto da pandemia da Covid-19, que provocou o aumento dos sintomas de depressão, estresse em alto nível, assédio moral, dentre outros problemas causadores da síndrome de burnout. Diante disso, o estudo teve como objetivo investigar e identificar a configuração do esgotamento profissional na categoria de enfermagem. Para tanto, analisou-se a ocorrência da síndrome de esgotamento e o direito à higidez física e psíquica no meio ambiente laboral. Ato contínuo, abordamos o contexto laboral específico da categoria de profissionais de enfermagem na Covid-19. Por fim, tratou-se a responsabilidade civil do empregador e os efeitos civis e previdenciários do adoecimento.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] This article aims to analyze the health professionals’ illness within the Covid-19 pandemic setting, which led to the increase in symptoms of depression, high-level stress, moral harassment, among other problems that cause the burnout Syndrome. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate and identify the composition of professional exhaustion in the nursing category. In order to do so, the occurrence of the exhaustion syndrome and the right to physical and psychological health in the workplace were analyzed; On an ongoing basis, we addressed the specific work setting of the nursing professionals category during the Covid-19; Finally, it tackled the employer’s civil liability and the civil and social security effects of the illness.pt_BR
