dc.description.abstract[spa] La aprobación del Ingreso Mínimo Vital español (IMV) en 2020 supuso todo un hito. Sin embargo, las bondades derivadas de su existencia no han evitado la aparición de numerosos problemas jurídicos. Por un lado, las numerosas reformas normativas producidas en un breve espacio de tiempo han puesto de manifiesto el déficit inicial de su regulación. Por otro lado, han surgido problemas de índole constitucional respecto del régimen competêncial Estado-Comunidades Autónomas que han llegado al TC, estando algunos pendientes de resolución. Finalmente, el articulado normativo ha dejado cuestiones sin resolver, como la articulación del IMV con el resto de las prestaciones de Seguridad Social preexistentes.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] The approval of the Spanish minimum income (SMI) in 2020 was a milestone. However, the benefits of its existence have not prevented the appearance of numerous legal problems. On the one hand, the numerous regulatory changes produced in a short space of time have revealed the initial deficit of its regulation. On the other hand, constitutional issues have arisen with respect to the State-Autonomous Communities competences that have been submitted to the Constitutional Court, some of which are still pending. Finally, the normative framework has left unsolved issues, such as the articulation of the SMI with the rest of pre-existing Social Security benefits.pt_BR
