Aborda, ainda, os aspectos controvertidos do direito intertemporal e a autonomia do Processo do Trabalho. E, por fim, analisa a abrangência da gratuidade judicial e o pagamento de custas, honorários periciais e honorários sucumbenciais.pt_BR
dc.description.abstract[eng] This article will analyze the changes provoked by Law 13.467/2017 to the procedure for acquiring the constitutional benefit of judicial gratuity in the Labor Court. The controversial aspects of intertemporal law and the autonomy of the Labor Process will also be discussed. And, finally, will be analyzed the scope of the judicial gratuity and the payment of costs, expert fees and sucumbencial fees.pt_BR
